Educational Studies:

Dr. Don Wilkins has served in multiple cities, including Chicago, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh, as a leader for several Turnaround and CSI-designated schools, successfully removing those institutions from failing state lists. Dr. Wilkins has a wide range of experiences in education; he has served as a paraprofessional, classroom teacher, mentor teacher, residency/ induction coach, Assistant Principal, and Lead Principal during his 15 years in education.
He has been formally trained in the School turnaround model, effective teacher and leader coaching models, and the Danielson Framework. His work has supported countless educators and leaders during his time in education through his mentorship, professional learning sessions, and recently developed effective leadership framework designed to support underperforming school leadership teams. And consulting for an Academy of Pre-service Teacher candidates.
